The association was born following the volunteer experience of a large group of people, within the Il Pezzettino community at the beginning of 2019.

In December 2019 it was formally constituted as a Third Sector Body for the pursuit - non-profit - of civic, solidarity and social utility purposes with the aim of 'carrying out, directly or collaborating with other organizations, prevention interventions, support and care in favor of minors who are in a state of need resulting from violence, sexual abuse, mistreatment in all its forms, abound or who, in any case, are at risk or in a situation of marginalization as well as support and help for parenting.

Through the performance of one or more activities of general interest, in the form of voluntary action, the Association aims to:

• stimulate, organize and support fundraising, volunteering and the theoretical and practical training of anyone who wants to engage, even occasionally, in pursuing the aims and purposes of the association

• organize cultural events, conferences, exhibitions and shows aimed at institutional purposes

• promote contacts, and agreements with public and private entities and institutions with common interest, purposes and activities

• promote and implement coordination projects and agreements with other non-profit entities, as well as support and finance other non-profit entities in the same sector of interventions
